Area of body affected: Finger

Patients Name

City

ReadingBody areas affectedMiddle finger on right hand.

Medical History:  No medicines. I have been given putty to clench my hand around as the finger gets stiff, this helps to keep the finger as flexible as possible. I also have hand support with a velcro strap which goes around the middle finger to also help it to keep as flexible as possible.

Personal History:  I first noticed I had a larger finger when I was about 8 but it never gave me any problems back then. I first noticed it becoming more of a problem when I was around 21 and sought the doctors advise who didnt seemed to think it would be a problem. He did not recorgnise the condition or diagnose it as such. It was around about 3 years ago that I had it refered again and diagnosed by a specialist.
